About Gen-Y Real Estate and Investing
Gen-Y Real Estate and Investing is a personal journey through a Gen-Y eyes into Real Estate. I have been investing in real estate since I was 22, when my wife's family was getting heavy into buying and flipping vacant lots across Florida. My wife and I caught the tail end of the real estate boom, made a few bucks, got greedy and are now left with an impressive portfolio that isn't moving in the direction that we hoped for in our quest for instant riches.
Over the course of the last 4 years, I have changed my perception of real estate and the ways that young people can leverage their money and the systems that are in place to make a few dollars, a few GREAT investments and set themselves up for a great journey in life. It is the reason that I have been able to transition from the corporate life to working independently and making my money work for me no matter where I am on the planet.
This blog will consist of real estate advice, young investment strategies, tried and true solutions, walk-throughs and yes, some courses, videos and blueprints to learn from my mistakes and the mistakes of other young investors as well as the successes that have me riding high in this recession and the wave that we will ride out of it.
